Tuesday was our last practice, but since it was windy and there was a lot of debris, we didn’t row. THe seniors on our boat wanted one last row, so thats what we did today
Turns out I would be coxing today (Im bow seat…) and let me just say. It was glorious. No one else on the river. Just me and my boat. And we rowed for maybe about an our, and the whole time I gained this other personality, described as “A mix between muchu and the barbie flight attendant from toy story.” They couldn’t keep the boat set from laughing at me. It was great.
It was also one of our rowers birthdays, so since no one was at the river, we all jumped off the dock and swam for half an hour. Then I drove them all home in the convertible.

I also ate a stromboli. It was flip’s sweet.

I sent them a picture of the letter and pin I got for band with a message saying WWWWOOOOO VARSITY BAND.
and they replied with SO PROUD and pictures of their beautiful faces.

Hopefully right before school ends, which is in two weeks. But my family is going on vacation to Hawaii right as school ends, and my mom got mad about me not having long hair in Hawaii… haha. So hopefully before, but maybe when i get back, which would be four weeks from now.
